Betty was totally blind since early childhood. She was a very talented woman who worked as a secretary through out her working years.

Betty married William Ira Hoppes, son of Cass I'Banic Hoppes and Pearl Dove Swenson, bfr 1950. (William Ira Hoppes was born on 10 Oct 1914 and died in Aug 1985 in Topeka, , Kansas, USA.)
